Ace Hotel Annecy

Had a nice stay with a large, clean room and an amazing breakfast that kept us full for hours! However, I wish there was a dinner option available.

High quality hotel, the stay was pleasant, ideal location in the lake. Location: the venue was so close to own transport, and a quiet residential area. It was good to be 1 km away from Kfc, serving short-orders.

it was a fully equipped hotel in a shopping area, just off outskirts of annecy as well as shopping centers.

Large clean room with great air conditioning. No option for dinner on-site.

Sincerely, it was an excellent stay for a night on a trip to the alps. It was a particularly good and excellent location so close to a large commercial center, and the central lake. Furthermore, close to Public Transport. The staff were really kind and very good the whole time.

Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Annecy. Had great value for money and well-equipped room with a good walkin shower, and I couldn't ask for more. The hotel had quiet and handy location near skiing-Loge et la Soupape, the center of Annecy, in a quiet neighbourhood, and city centre.

The room was small and lacked a fridge, I could barely move. I also found the breakfast quite undewhelming, basically coffee and pastries-hardly a spread for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I woudl ve been delighted with a welcome gift, but that must be too much to ask here. I just couldn't give a good review.

Spacious room with super comfy, clean pillows and sheets! Location is convenient if you have a car and nearby shops were a pleasant surprise!

It was just a smart choice for a weekend vacation in Annecy with very good value for money. I really appreciated that there were plenty of free parking spaces available, making our stay hassle-free. If you have a car, it's easy to explore Annecy and surrounding areas without much effort.

Spacious triple room with super comfy beds air conditioning worked perfectly. Enjoyed a great breakfast and loved the large parking area. Close to shops made evenings relaxing.

My wife says that the beds were a bit cramped for our teenagers. Adding a fridge in the room would be great.

Perfect for a quick stay!

The room was super spacious and comfy. It was nice and clean. I loved being able to park right outside my window. The breakfast buffet hit the spot, too! The area felt a bit bland, but it was easy access to the autoroute, helpful.

The room had a fresh feel, with clean sheets and surprisingly comfy pillows. I appreciated the free parking right outside, easy access for loading and unloading bags. Wi-Fi connectivity was decent, but felt slow when trying to stream or use multiple devices. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection didn't meet my expectations-only basic items like pastries and cheese. The lack of a kettle in the room was a letdown. It would have been nice to enjoy a warm drink without heading downstairs. I found the bathroom needed some updates, with a toilet that ran continuously. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, so I ended up leaving the window open for air. The staff seemed polite but not always approachable, perhaps due to language barriers. Accessibility to nearby restaurants required a car, somewhat inconvenient. All in all, the hotel had some positives but areas that definitely need attention.

This place suits me perfectly! It has free parking, reliable Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception which makes everything easy. The staff helped me find transport on my first visit, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back for another city trip.
